The final date includes the night beginning on that date. If a stay crosses price periods, each night uses its period rate and the strictest minimum stay applies.

Additional adult
€95.00 per night for each additional person above the 4 guests included in the villa rate.
Pets
€15.00 per pet per night. Up to 2 pets can be registered with the enquiry.
Pool season
The private pool is open from 24 April until 16 October.
Final cleaning
A one-time €0.00 final-cleaning charge is added to the stay.
Children
Children aged 6 or younger stay free and are not counted. Each older child counts as an additional person at €95.00 per night.
No maximum stay
There is no maximum number of nights. Only the minimum stay for the selected period applies.
